Strict criteria of the European Union is to remove diesel and gas stations off the road in all Europe Union and all must adopt a strategy that says that after 2030 there is no registration of a vehicle on petrol or diesel.  There is expectation that their Internal Combastion Engine counterparts obsolete by 2025. Great Britain planing to ban sale of all diesel and petrol cars and vans from 2040. So, B.E.V. is ready for this strategy and doing research conversion projects from 2006 year. 

COC-Certificate of Conformity, and information about procedure for converted vehicles from petrol/diesel into complete electric vehicle in EU.

COC (Certificate of Conformity) is a declaration of the conformity with the type approval of EC. The purpose of this document is to ensure the free movement of goods within the European Union, specifically for those goods that are subject to homologation and registration.

A COC document is a producer’s declaration that the vehicle complies with the given approved type. This document contains information about the vehicle and its producer’s identification, type approval number, technical specifications and other data. The content of a COC is defined by EU regulation (Amendment IX, Regulation 92/53).

A COC is only obtainable for:

  • passenger vehicles (M1)
  • motorcycles (L)
  • light goods vehicles (N1)
Attention (!) For the vehicles without the EU specification (e.g. vehicle manufactured for the U.S. or Japanese market) and older vehicles that have not been given the type approval of the EC yet, a COC does not exist. Quick and fast acceleration of an electric vehicle
 
The electric motor has an ideal traction feature and the vehicle should not have a gearbox but can also have a gear box. The electric motor has a high torque of power after turning on, in relation to a gasoline/petrol engine that gets only the power with a higher RPM.
 
Brake Reverse braking
 
In city driving conditions, the "go-and-stand" back-up braking has an important role in charging batteries and the length of driving an electric vehicle, and thus can get 10-20 percent more driving distance and mileage miles depending on the type of vehicle.
 
No direct CO2 emissions
 
When charging an electric car battery, the CO2 emission is equal to the pollution of power plants connected to the grid using coal or gas.

Easy and cheap maintenance
 
A modern internal combustion engine has about one thousand moving parts, while the electric motor has three to five parts, which makes it safe and does not require any technical maintenance. There is no change in oil, filters, belts, and maintenance costs for ELECTRIC VEHICLES compared to GAS/PETROL/IESEL, more than 50% less.
 
 No fuel consumption in frequent stops in city driving.
