Here is my research about simple method for cleaning human skin or removing egg shells from the surface of of human skin. I use simple kitchen knife not too sharp. Reason is: if knife is sharp enough can penetrate in skin and make deep scars. To do it just GENTLY move you knife over you skin surface as is show.
If you have same mirror who has capability to magnify, and will see details on the skin better. You can see on below image parts of skin, last grown epidermal skin, which is removed. In this last skin-epidermal skin grown, you can possibly remove all small eggs just implanted, but still invisible for naked eye. See image below where I shown my method for removing last invisible implants.
