The following codes are
being given as a wake-up call for all starseeds, walk-ins and lightworkers. Within these codes are indicators of the mission that each of us has come
here to fulfill.
The codes are geometric and form a language. It is
the language of our DNA
and also the general galactic language known as Haburu. These codes are also embedded in your DNA and your DNA is the language of
Haburu.
Instead of giving you just abstract geometric shapes such as lines
and circles, it was decided long ago to embed these symbols, this language within stories,
objects, sounds, stones, and colors. Since humans are equipped with the unique
ability to feel emotions, these various items would, when experienced through sight and
sound, engender strong emotional reactions and with that reaction would be a sense of
knowing, of remembrance.
Each symbol embedded within the stories carries a time lock that
would be triggered into action in connection with a planetary alignment. That alignment will come about during the time of May 3-5, 2000. Hence the
reason for explaining the codes, the codes we call the Earth Mission Codes.
The Earth Mission Codes, not only carry your mission they
also carry your history. Each story is a part of the history of one of the 3 Earth Grand
Experiments, the grand experiments of polarity integration, as well as the history of
Nibiru and the human/reptilian conflict.
Long
ago, before time as we know it began, there were the Founders of the Universe, highly
evolved souls that had already completed many universal games. Being creator gods,
they decided to create a universe of their own.
As the twelve came
together, they were faced with the question of which "game" to choose so that
the souls created in, or coming to, their new universe could spiritually evolve. And
spiritual evolution is what every soul desires.
Finally, after much
consideration, they chose the game known as "Polarity Integration."
This game is one of many that involves the integration of the Light and the Dark developed
by Divine Creator in order to experience all
that He/She is.
Now that the choice of
games had been made, they knew they would need to have individuals experienced in this game to assist them in the development of
the game in their new universe, individuals
who would agree to become a part of it and see it through to its completion.
So the Founders put
out a call to all souls in all universes that had completed at least one Polarity
Integration Game. Their call was answered by ninety individuals, highly
evolved souls that had just recently completed that game and were looking for another
place to go in order to continue their spiritual evolution. This group of ninety was made
up of forty-five Carians and forty-five Felines.
They arrived in this
(our present) universe and began meeting with the Founders to set up the game. The group
of ninety elected one of their own to sit on the Founder's Council to act as a liaison
between their group and the Founders. The one chosen is known to us as Devin.
Devin (real name is Devaine) was the patriarch of the Feline group (family).
The Carians were given
a planet in the Orion constellation as their new home while the Felines were given a
planet in the Lyra constellation for theirs.
So the group of ninety
divided and went to their respective planets to begin the game. The Carians would
represent the Dark and the Felines would represent the Light.
In time both had
evolved physical forms in which to incarnate so that they could walk upon the surface of
their planetary homes. Both established pure (royal) lines within their ever-growing
race. In time, both cross-bred into other life forms on their planetary homes to
create a new race of beings. And then, when that new race had become an established
part of their respective societies, the Carian/Reptilians arrived in the Lyra
constellation and colonized a neighboring planet of the Feline/Humans. In doing so,
they were now ready for the first grand experiment of integration. We call it the
"First Earth, Grand Experiment."
This first grand
experiment occurred on a 3D planet just like earth and it was the home of the
Felines/Humans. As their technology advanced the Feline/Humans learned how to create worm holes and achieve space travel. Soon both races were traveling back and forth,
visiting each other's planet.
The two groups were
now reunited again, but with many new people, their offspring, involved. Over time
they began to mix with the two royal lines intermarrying to form alliances. All went
well for some time.
Through the mixing of
the races, new races were created and soon a caste system developed. There was the royalty, the priestly caste,
the scientists, and the military. The remainder of the population made up the worker caste.

soul, at one time or another, were a part of one or more of these experiments and that is
why you are here on earth today.
As part of providing these codes they are separated into groups with each group
representing a certain group of individuals and their soul group assignment. Please remember that you may find yourself drawn to symbols in each of the

The Lyran or Pelegaian Group assignment is one of teaching
polarity integration. These individuals find embracing the Dark side to be most natural
and the concept of roles are an easy and logical concept for them to grasp.
The 9th dimensional members of the Nibiruan Council are part of the original "Game Players" who
began the Polarity Integration game on the First Earth that
was located in the Vega star system of Lyra.
The 9th
dimensional members have evolved out of polarity through the challenging and painful
experiences of many lifetimes, dimensions and two
Great Galactic Wars. They have been
involved in the Second Earth (Grand
Experiment) on Avyon, the missing 7th Sister
in the Pleaidian star system, and now have many of their multi-dimensional selves on Earth
(3rd Grand Experiment).
The 9D Council
members are not all of human origin. Even though they are the genetic parent races of the
Reptilians and Humans, they themselves are mostly Feline and Carian. They have many hominoid traits of which one is that
they walk upright.
After the
Felines' homeworld, the first Avyon, was
destroyed during the first Great Galactic War,
many of them fled by ship to Lyran Federation
starship, Pelegai to Sirius A. The name of this ship when translated into English is
Pegasus. Pelegai's symbol is the winged horse flying through a triangle that is surrounded
by a circle. After a time the Avyonians
aboard the starship Pelegai became known to many as the Pelegaians.
The royal house of Aln, the Reptilian royal house, had certain of its members flee as well, and they joined
the Felines on Pelegai. Therefore, both Reptilians of the Royal House of Aln, and
Felines of the Royal House of Avyon live on Pelegai at this time.
The majority of
the Pelegaians have multi-dimensional selves on Earth at this time. There are a few
who have "walked-in", leaving their
physical bodies in stasis, along with their
their loved ones, on board Pelegai. They
have walked in to the earth plane in order to share their hard-earned understanding of
integration with the people of earth.
The Pelegaians,
the 9D Nibiruan Council understand the
importance of this 3rd Grand Experiment called Earth. When it
succeeds the Light and the Dark will be
integrated, and the universal game of polarity
integration will be completed. Then all will live in peace, and peace is what the Pelegaians desire for all souls in
this universe.

These individuals feel most
comfortable moving beyond the "love and light" belief system, preferring to show their real selves, i.e., their Dark
sides as well as their Light sides. They have the intrinsic understanding that the
Dark has significant value in the process of spiritual evolution. The Lyran soul group is
being brought together even as we speak.
Pleiadian Avyon, the 2nd Earth Grand Experiment
Located in the Pleiadian Star System this was the second time
polarity integration was attempted with the result being a polarization to the
Light and eventual stagnation of spiritual growth. This planet was
destroyed when the humans used their advanced technology to destroy the invading forces of
reptilian hybrids that in turn destroyed their own planet.
Those souls tied to this planet's history will in many cases have a connection to Sirius B and the planet Rizq in the Orion
Constellation where a portion of the humans were taken after
Sirius B imploded. The remaining portions of the humans were
given earth, and are affiliated with the Christos Group.
The primary mission of this soul group is to assist the people of
earth in moving beyond the temptation to polarize to the light (unity consciousness out of
balance becomes the hive mentality.) They are also here to teach that fighting the
dark is not the way to break free of its embrace. There are here to
find the way out, the way of compassion. Those involved in exposing the reptilian
control of earth are usually of this group.

Those of the Christos group, the name we have given to the Etheric Sirians' group assignment, are drawn to help mother earth.
The
Christos Alliance is for the purpose
of providing a communications link between the Nibiruan Council as galactic
managers and the planetary school called Earth.
The Christos Beings
are the governing portion of the Etheric
Sirians. Their base is located on the planet Venus.
The Etheric Sirians
are the planetary heirs of Earth having been given Earth as their home, by the Founders,
when their home, Sirius B imploded.
The Christ
consciousness stems from this group. It is part of their collective memory of when
they polarized to the Light on Sirius B.
Christos Liasons that
act as intermediaries between the Christos Office and the the 9th dimensional Nibiruan
Council, provide the communication link
between the Christos office and the 9D Nibiruan Council. It is through these liasons that Earth's needs are made known to
the 9D Nibiruan Council.
Once the needs are
understood, the 9D Nibiruan Council issues requests to the 5th and 6th dimensional
Nibiruan Councils to fill those needs. Depending of the need, there are also times when the
requests are issued to the 7th and 8th dimensional Nibiruan Councils as well.

The Nibiruan Council group assignment is to assist the earth by
providing the comprehensive educational program for the people of earth. This will be a vast linking of teachers and healer/teachers who feel
passionate about teaching the people the techniques needed to empower them. They are
unique in that they desire to put the power in the hands of the people by teaching them
the techniques instead of holding the techniques secret. They are the new teachers who
teach by example.

You may find that you are drawn to symbols in each of the major
three categories. That is to be expected since the groups work together on the
overall plan for earth. Which group you most likely fit in can be determined by the amount
of symbols that attract you within that category.
These symbols are being given to help you find clues to your mission
particular mission. As you identify with one particular group
over the others, make a verbal intent that you are willing to
play your part and fulfill your assignment. Then watch to see
how you begin to connect with people who have the same general mission and therefore, are
part of your group. This is happening for me right now. (and for me Rudolf Bosnjak ). I am meeting
many lion and dragon people that share the Lyran group assignment. It is amazing!
One thing to remember, we have all done this before on the first and
second Earth Grand Experiments and of course the Sirius B experience (not
considered one of the grand experiments but close to it, see We are the Nibiruans.) Each
time we go through one of these experiences we move that much closer to learning how to
acheive integration. It is believed that we have learned enough from those experiments to
complete polarity integration this time around. Acceptance is the key, acceptance of all
things, both Light and Dark, as having a value. Acceptance is the way out of blame, shame,
guilt,
depression and overall victimhood. Acceptance is compassion in action!
We have been given the Multi-dimensional Keys of Compassion
to achieve acceptance.

Recoding Process is the process
used to achieve multi-dimensionality and eventual physical ascension, the Multi-dimensional
Keys of Compassion are the tools we use to get there. The Accelerated
DNA Recoding Process can be likened to the blueprint for a house, but the tools needed

Used by higher dimensional

painful event in our lives. This level releases us from the helplessness and
painful frustration of victim hood. From this perspective, or point of being, we
become free and empowered to create our reality as we choose.
The Keys of
Compassion provide the techniques and awareness that move us beyond our 3rd
dimensional state of reality. They provide us with techniques to clear every issue,
learn every lesson and most importantly, achieve heart-centered ) as opposed to
intellectual compassion) compassion for ourselves, and others.
The Formula of Compassion, the 1st
Multi-dimensional Key of Compassion, is the foundation for the remainder of the Keys
of Compassion. Through this key, we are able to see and understand the lesson behind
any challenge in our lives. This includes past issues as well. The Formula
of Compassion enables us to clear and heal old wounds with family members, friends,
business associates, the guy who hit our car, the woman who ran over our cat, etc.
It releases us from feeling victimized and experiencing the helpless rage associated with

life between lives, and reliving the time when you created the contracts for lessons
involving those individuals, requesting their participation in the contracts, and then

upon you the abuse needed to reflect back to you the way you abuse yourself, this tool
sets you free from continually drawing these abusive situations into your life again and
again. The Compassion Key enables you to break the pattern of abusive
authority figures in your life.
The Soul/Ego/Self Partnership, 3rd Multi-dimensional Key of
Compassion is an awareness tool that provides you with the understanding of the
relationship you once had with your Soul (Higher Self) and Ego (Inner Child) and how that
relationship was lost around the time you entered school. It shares how this
relationship once functioned in your life and the benefits of that relationship. The
Soul/Ego/Self Partnership is critical to achieving ascension because it confirms what
many of us suspect-that we can have a relationship with our Soul and our Ego and that this
relationship is a normal part of higher dimensional life and the Higher Realms.

agreements, the secret of self-empowerment and the longevity of our Soul/Ego/Self
Partnership , the Open Door Key enables us to continually clear the blocks from
our path to ascension.
The Hold on to Nothing and You'll Have Everything Key, 5th Multi-dimensional Key of Compassion provides the
awareness along with steps to release the fears that keep us holding on to people and
things in our lives. Because we know that whatever we fear, we bring into our lives,
being able to love something without attachment is crucial to healthy relationships and
peaceful, happy lives.
Hold on to Nothing, shares many
examples of how those fears of loss impact our lives and bring pain to us and those we
love. Hold on to Nothing is essential to achieving multi-dimensionality and
ascension because it provides us with the steps to letting go and allowing our Souls and
God to guide us. Only through the path shown to us by our Souls and God will we
complete the journey of ascension.
Dancing with the Dark, the 6th
Multi-dimensional Key of Compassion provides the steps and awareness needed to
integrate the Dark, the other polarity and our greatest teacher. Dancing with the
Dark shows us how to integrate our greatest fears so that we can achieve
multi-dimensionality and our final goal of physical ascension.

enlightening. Learn to let go of your fear of our universal teacher, the Dark and

Now is our
time. We knew it was coming. Time to step up to the plate and verbally accept your
mission. Say to your guides, "I am willing to
take on my mission even though I do not know what all it will entail, I am willing to do
it anyway. So be it, let it be done." If you are
one who has been searching for your mission, this verbal intent will cause it to begin to
manifest. I can guarantee it. So hold on to your hats as your world begins to
change and people, opportunities and funding come forth for you to complete your
assignment.
Know that there will be blocks, but these are your fuel for
ascension. Use The Multi-dimensional Keys of Compassion to clear them and keep
moving on. You have plenty of help and emotional support available
to you, but the ultimate power to achieve
your mission is already within you.

manifesting.

guides to explain what they mean and your connection to them. I have no idea why
some of them are on this list, but since I am just the messenger, I don't have to know.

You
may find that you are drawn to symbols in each of the major three categories. That
is to be expected since the groups work together on the overall plan for earth.
Which group you most likely fit in can be determined by the amount of symbols that attract
you within that category.
These
symbols are being given to help you find clues to your mission particular mission.
As you identify with one particular group over the others, make a verbal intent that you
are willing to play your part and fulfill your assignment. Then watch to see how you begin
to connect with people who have the same general mission and therefore, are part of your
group. This is happening for me right now. I am meeting many lion and dragon people
that share the Lyran group assignment. It is amazing!
One thing to
remember, we have all done this before on the first and second Earth Grand Experiments and
of course the Sirius B experience (not considered one of the grand experiments but close
to it, see We are the Nibiruans.) Each time we go through one of these experiences
we move that much closer to learning how to achieve integration. It is believed that we
have learned enough from those experiments to complete polarity integration this time
around. Acceptance is the key, acceptance of all things, both Light and Dark, as
having a value. Acceptance is the way out of blame, shame, guilt, depression and
overall victimhood. Acceptance is compassion in action!
We have been
given the Multidimensional
Keys of Compassion to achieve
acceptance. Now is our time. We knew it was coming. Time to step up to the
plate and verbally accept your mission. Say to your guides, "I am willing to take on
my mission even though I do not know what all it will entail, I am willing to do it
anyway. So be it, let it be done." If you are one who has been searching
for your mission, this verbal intent will cause it to begin to manifest. I can guarantee
it. So hold on to your hats as your world begins to change and people,
opportunities and funding come forth for you to complete your assignment.
Know that
there will be blocks, but these are your fuel for ascension. Use The Multidimensional Keys
of Compassion to clear them and keep moving on. You have plenty of help and emotional
support available to you, but the ultimate power to achieve your mission is already within
you.
If you have
questions about the codes, don't hesitate to contact me. If you wish to talk to Devin or
other members of the Nibiruan Council, contact them mentally. They do hear you.
If you
question whether they have heard you and have answered, do what they taught me to do. Ask
for confirmation to be given in 24 hours or less and in a way that you can't possibly
misinterpret. And if by chance you miss the answer, ask that they continue to give it
until you either get it or no longer want the answer. State this request verbally so
that it is anchored in 3D. This is one of the secrets to manifesting.
In closing I
encourage you to ponder these symbols and ask your guides to explain what they mean and
your connection to them. I have no idea why some of them are on this list, but since I am
just the messenger, I don't have to know. And I do not say that these are all the
signs, you will probably come up with others. If so, please post those on the Council
General Forum as well. Let's come together and get the ball rolling. The time
is at hand.
